  • Ability to lock a fixed rate or ARM for 18 months at current market with float down option should rates improve when the home is finished!
  • 24 month construction phase allowed on larger projects
  • Lot loans-80% to $500,000, 75% to $750,000, and 70% to $1,000,000
  • Investment properties are not eligible
  • 2nd/vacation homes are not eligible
